What this covers

This page explains how to ask us to delete personal data we hold about you — whether you contacted us through our website, or your data was processed as part of a Meta account (WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram) that we manage on behalf of one of our clients.

How to request deletion

Email hello@alqalamai.ae from the address associated with your data, with the subject "Data deletion request" — or reply on the WhatsApp number or page where you interacted with us.

Tell us your name and the channel where you interacted with us (for example the business name, WhatsApp number, or page) so we can locate your data.

We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Data held on behalf of clients

Where your data forms part of a client's Meta account that we manage, the client is the owner of that data. We will forward your request to the relevant client and assist them in deleting it, and we will delete any copy we hold as a processor.

What we delete

We delete the personal data we hold about you, subject to any records we are required to keep by law (for example tax or accounting records), which we retain only for the legally required period and then delete.
