Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of the Al Qalam AI Solutions website and the services we provide to clients.
Agreement
These terms govern the relationship between Al Qalam AI Solutions and any party who uses our website or engages our advisory, implementation, or managed services. Engagement-specific terms are issued in writing before work begins and take precedence where they differ from these terms.
Our services
We provide business consultancy and, as an agency, managed digital services including managing clients' WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and Instagram from within the client's own Meta Business Manager. We act on the client's instructions and within the permissions the client grants us.
Client responsibilities and acceptable use
Clients own the accounts and assets we manage and are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide and for ensuring their use of the platforms complies with Meta's terms and applicable law.
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that breaches platform policies or infringes the rights of others.
Intellectual property
Website content is owned by Al Qalam AI Solutions. Deliverables produced for a client are governed by the engagement agreement. Clients retain ownership of their own brands, accounts, and data.
Disclaimer and liability
Our website is provided "as is" for general information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the federal law of the United Arab Emirates and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi courts.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date shown below is the latest revision. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
